OPTIMA is a new (circa 2019) conference focusing on all aspects of talent management - designing teams, hiring the right people and inspiring employees, and gathering data to measure and optimize a team's potential. OPTIMA will consist of 4 tracks with agendas that provide a deep dive into the elements of effectively working with and optimizing talent.

OPTIMA 2019 Cost:

Currently Super Early Bird pricing is in effect, so the cost is $1,199.00 per attendee until May 31st. After that, Early Bird pricing will kick in at $1,349.00. Standard pricing will be $1,499.00 per pass, and on site pricing will be $1,600.00. Group rates are available - you can contact the team for more information.
